We must start (and end) with the ensemble of pleats since this entire fit-and-flare style dress has alternating box and knife pleats of varying widths from head to toe, all stitched down, just below the bust to the hip area. Combined with the print, the effects are fabulously hypnotic. There is an invisible zipper on left side. 

Other noteworthy details include the demure self-fabric ruffle detail along your neckline, dolman-style dropped armhole, and low-calf length. The poly crepe shell is fully lined in acetate taffeta. Imported.
